Xmas Trees Shop specializes in premium Christmas trees in various sizes:

• 2.5 Feet and Smaller Christmas Trees (tabletop trees)
• 3 and 3.5 Feet Tall Christmas Trees
• 4 and 4.5 Feet Tall Christmas Trees
• 5 and 5.5 Feet Tall Christmas Trees
• 6 and 6.5 Feet Tall Christmas Trees
• 7 and 7.5 Feet Tall Christmas Trees
• 8 and 8.5 Feet Tall Christmas Trees
• 10 to 14 Feet Tall Christmas Trees (grand, show-stopping centerpieces)

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an order confirmation but confirms we have received your order. Your order is officially accepted when we send you a confirmation that the product has been shipped.

Pricing:

All prices are shown in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment Methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

You may request to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after this period as orders enter our processing system.

Order Processing:

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

International Orders:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We want you to be utterly delighted with your Christmas tree. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your item.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with approval and specific return instructions. Do not ship items back without these instructions.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the tree in its original packaging with all parts and accessories. Ship to the address provided using a tracked service.
4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Details:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover shipping costs for the replacement item.

Return Conditions:

All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
