Shipping Information
We ship our festive trees worldwide, excluding Asia and a few select remote regions. Here’s what you can expect once you place your order:
- Order Processing: Your order will be carefully prepared and packaged within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Methods & Timelines:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way to your home!
Returns & Exchanges Process
We want you to be utterly delighted with your Christmas tree. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with approval and specific instructions for returning your item. Please do not ship the item back without receiving these instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the tree in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Ship it to the address provided by our team using a tracked shipping service.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Timing and Method
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve your returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- 2.5 Feet and Smaller Christmas Trees: Due to their small size and low cost, return shipping is economically impractical. Please review product descriptions and sizes carefully before purchasing these items.
All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
