Returns & Exchanges Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and details about the reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with approval and specific instructions for returning the item. Please do not ship the item back without these instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the tree in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Ship it to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timing and Method

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • 2.5 Feet and Smaller Christmas Trees: These are considered final sale due to their small size and low cost, which makes return shipping economically impractical.

Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions and sizes before purchasing these items.

Note: All returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
